    Having an issue with your air conditioner or heater?  Call our office to schedule an appointment for a Licensed HVAC Technician to come to your home and perform a system analysis to determine if your system is functioning properly.

    Does your system need to be replaced? Contact our office for a free in-home sales appointment for a system diagnosis to determine the appropriate size, efficiency, brand preferred and what budget the customer is trying to stay within.

    Preventive Maintenance Checklist

    Air Conditioning Check

    • Check condensor coils and clean
    • Check and adjust blower components
    • Check operating pressure for proper refrigerant charge and add freon if necessary (freon not covered under Preventive Maintenance Contact, an additional charge may occur if freon is needed)
    • Check thermostat calibration
    • Check safety controls where applicable
    • Check all electrical connections
    • Check voltage and amperage on motors
    • Check condensate drain and clean
    • Check Air Filter, change if necessary (customer provided unless specified by the customerat time of scheduled appointment, filter not covered under Preventive Maintenance Contract, an additional charge may occur)
    • Lubricate all moving parts where necessary
    • Check for correct air flow
    • Check starting capabilities

    Furnace / Air Handler Check

    • Check and calibrate thermostat heating anticipators
    • Inspect automatic blower control
    • Oil and check the fan motor bearings
    • Clean pilot light tubing and pilot (if possible)
    • Safety and efficiency check of low voltage wiring
    • Adjust fan limit control switch
    • Inspect electric shut-off valve
    • Oil and check blower bearings
    • Change furnace filter
    • Adjust fan on-off control and set differential
    • Check transformers output
    • Clean thermostat contacts
